Quality à CORATINA:
A strong oil, powerful and true, intense green with golden hues. Its peculiarity è that it contains three times the antioxidant polyphenols of any other oil. From the yellow-green color, to the nose it shows a medium fruity, very bitter and spicy. Upon tasting, you will find notes of dill, fennel, artichoke, pepper, hay and almond. N Impressive closes tastefully, spicy and with a long resistance of vegetal tones. NThe Coratina olive oil should be tasted and appreciated for the flavors and aromas that releases, unique and unmistakable.
